9-16 type centrifugal fan use:

9-16 type centrifugal fans are suitable for forced ventilation of small and medium-sized chemical fertilizer plant production process equipment, iron furnaces, combustion furnaces, and positive pressure oil-fired boilers, and can be widely used for material and grain transportation. Conveying air is non-corrosive, non-spontaneous, non-viscous gas. If there is no special requirement, the temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 80 ℃ , and the dust content of the medium does not exceed 150mg/m3.

9-16 type centrifugal fan structure:

No.4~6.3 are mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, bracket, etc. No.7.1~25 are mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, and transmission group .

(1) Impeller: 9-16 fan blades with 12 pieces.

(2) Transmission group : composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc.

(3) Air inlet: It is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed on the front cover group with bolts.

(4) Chassis: It is welded into a volute-shaped whole with ordinary steel plates.

9-16 type high pressure centrifugal fan type:

The 9-16 high-pressure centrifugal fans are single-suction and double-suction, with a total of 17 machine numbers, and the fans can be made into two types of right-handed and left-handed. Viewed from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a forward cyclone fan, which is represented by "shun", and if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a reverse cyclone fan, which is represented by "reverse". The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing, "left" and "right" can be made into 6 angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. There are three types of fan transmission modes: A type, D type and F type.
